Meet our founder
I’m Sarah, founder of High Perform UK. As a registered coach with a MSc in Performance Psychology, I bring over twenty years of results in helping people, teams and organisations in industry and sport to transform and perform. Reaching Managing Director level in global consulting, I’ve personally delivered over 10,000 hours of coaching and consulting. Through this I realised that many brilliant, talented people and their organisations were investing large amounts of time, effort and money into their goals but still struggling to realise them.

This was also my own journey. In my mid-forties I decided to follow my passion and fascination in how we unlock the very best of people and started my Masters in Performance Psychology. Having experienced coaching and therapy myself previously, I was absolutely blown away by the latest research and interventions that were proven to deliver results.

During my Masters study, using a framework to review my own 'desired' life versus my 'actual life, I realised that despite being blessed with health and a level of financial security, almost everything I was doing day-to-day, I was doing because I felt I should. I wasn't even doing things because I needed to. This was a pivotal moment for me.

Using the latest goal-setting theory, we help you craft your performance goals, helping you to validate you're working on the right things. We help you design a clear plan to achieve them and coach you along the journey. We believe the value you receive should be measured.
