We apply our proprietary 5Rs framework, that we have refined from working with hundreds of individuals and teams.

As part of the Review & Reimagine phases we will suggest a timeframe for our work together to achieve your goals, but with the flexibility to change this as you need. You can Pay-As-You-Go with coaching or we offer discounted coaching packages of multiple sessions (4, 8, 12, 36 sessions) to reward your commitment.

I’m Sarah, founder of HIGHPERFORM. I bring over twenty years of experience in helping people, teams and organisations across business, sport and other high-performance domains to transform and perform.
Reaching Managing Director level in global consulting, I’m privileged to have worked with over forty organisations. I've coached and supported over 300 teams and many more talented people on a one-to-one basis to achieve lasting change and reach their full potential.
Having navigated significant challenges myself to achieve success at work and in sport, I became deeply interested in how we can learn new psychological tools, techniques and develop a mindset to not just overcome adversity and survive, but to build sustainable strengths to enable us to thrive. With a MSc in Performance Psychology, I bring knowledge and research on the most recent science-backed interventions integrated with real, lived experience, that help you achieve your goals and elevate your performance.
